The Al-Azhar Mosque is a haven of peace and quiet, where many faithful come. Not just to pray, but also to escape the busy streets outside. Cairo, Egypt, 2010.
The great pyramids of Giza can be a great disappointment when one arrives with the notion of connecting with them on a spiritual level.
